You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust you. That’s Isaiah 26:3.
My mind and body were not at much peace, just a hurried pace, seemingly, as usual, last Saturday when I had wreck. Hey, I was on church business. My fault. Fender bender. No injuries, but definitely an inconvenience. After I finished beating myself up emotionally, me and the other party were waiting for Springdale PD to arrive. I started thinking about God’s grace and mercies. Then, I started laughing being thankful it was not raining like the Saturday before. I think you could say, I turned the frustration into a funny, humorous event. Not too funny or too humorous, but I at least got a chuckle. The driver and her passenger I bumped got a chuckle.
Proverbs 17:22 suggests such, A cheerful heart is good medicine.
